New Patient Information
What to expect when you visit our office for the first time

Your first visit to our office will consist of a complete oral examination. We will ask that you take a moment to complete general information forms, which will become part of our records.

We will take any necessary X-rays and perform other tests that my be needed to make a complete diagnosis of the condition of your mouth, teeth and gums. We will then be able to determine the treatment you may require.

Our overall goal is to provide you with the highest quality restorative and preventive dental care available. We will sit down with you to develop an individual treatment plan to help you reach your vision.
